let me see if i understand this correctly: interview presumed murderers, and make it a condition of their parole (parole?!) that they pretend they’re the precogs from minority report. then you’ll surveil the people they say are most likely to kill somebody.
why didn’t i think of that? the key is in letting the murderers out, i guess. see, that’s the part i never would’ve been smart enough to figure out.
at least there’s no way the information given to the auTHORi-tays would be biased, inaccurate, or otherwise, um, what’s the word? —
