This Will Be Such a Popular Article

a brief sample, though i really should charge for it:

…out of the woods come the desperate mega-pretender zombies — sycophants who want to up their stats by plowing further into a ridiculous concept to see if they can get their names attached to it.

powerful stuff, eh, kids! this will be such… a popular article.

Yer goram comment software chewed up and spat out my original comment, so I’m not as nice this time. Nicely done, O Salted One.

wow, you’re damn right. poor blogger. i copy everything i write before hitting any buttons in blogger. don’t know why they have so many problems. i actually went to the greymatter site just now, if you can believe it. but i still love blogger. sorry for the trouble, and thanks for your very kind snakey words.

one thing i wanted to ask you though: is blogger a meme? or is it not a meme? because i think i might have a meme in my pants for you.

I love Greymatter, but it may not be suitable for you. It’s legacyware (in its current form, anyway; talk of doing an upgrade that’s .php friendly keep popping up, but that doesn’t mean anything to me), and so doesn’t support new webby goodness (like RSS) very well. It’s also a bit constraining in some ways, design-wise. For example, I had to resort to some ugly coding to force the three-column format I use; that means that it doesn’t render well across some platform-size combos. (That’s also why I’m planning to switch to two-column some day.) I know it can handle carrying over archives from other blog software, but have no direct experience with that. If you want to make the switch, or just talk about it summore, lemme know via our private salt-channel.

Um, Salty, I think blogger is a program … and I’m kind of afraid to guess what meme you might have in your pants for me. ;-)

did i say i have a meme in my pants for you? ha! i meant that i had something to tell you… in an email! in my pants. that’s funny. oops!

okay, i have to go now; i have a 40-link email from mark odell that needs to be researched. ROFL.
