BTW, if you haven’t seen this story from last year, i wonder why. here are murder attempts against civilians (not sure of results) and random property destruction — obviously under the US stolen dollar flag — and i only heard about it recently by accident.

A “trophy” video appearing to show security guards in Baghdad randomly shooting Iraqi civilians has sparked two investigations after it was posted on the internet, the Sunday Telegraph can reveal.
The video has sparked concern that private security companies, which are not subject to any form of regulation either in Britain or in Iraq, could be responsible for the deaths of hundreds of innocent Iraqis.

just to clarify, i don’t have a huge problem with IMDb deleting any of my posts, since it’s their property. what is pure bullshit is that the government lovers criticized the thread primarily for being “off topic”. this is the usual abuse of rules/law, in that they couldn’t care less that it’s off topic (which of course it wasn’t, given the wide scope of IMDb posts). just as with law, they were able to point to general rules to eliminate speech offensive to them. okay, then how about some honesty? “your speech offends me, and i want it removed because of it.”
contrary to many dipshits so proud to have recognized elementary constitutional law, free speech is not only a constitutional concept. i never trust anybody eager to scuttle uncomfortable, opposing speech, regardless of venue.
