the up side to political predictions is that few hold anyone accountable for wrongness. if no loner neocon dipshit shoots and kills ron paul before next spring — the deadline for my prediction (the one i’m making now) — what are my costs?
“item” (yayyyy!): ron paul will be assassinated by a weasel with a gun before spring 2008. the shooter will be mid-30s, medium height, stocky build, active/former US milfare, and full bore neocon.
will it have been a crime? dunno, but the defendant should plead not guilty and argue that he halted yet another robbery by a recidivist criminal, albeit in the planning stage. or does the thief need to be on your property? hmmm. wonder what rothbard would say about that one. “vote!”
