‘hate’ crimes!
despite reading it slowly about four times, i don’t understand this:

Like a recently butchered chicken, my body is simply spasming and typing these words in front of the computer, because my head just exploded after reading that article.

if you can muster the required level of indignation, i’ll consider marching on washington with you, protesting your injury. no, hang on a sec… we should protest — being against such injuries — that there aren’t more of them. i think that’s how it’s supposed to go, though i’m still not sure.
