life is hard for DUI scammers

instead of noting from scratch the details of an “investigation” designed to destroy lives for the health of the state, it’s much better for the “arresting officers” (correctly, in most cases, kidnappers) to play fill-in-the-blanks. i mean, of course these geniuses (and their victims) followed the guilty-as-charged playbook. tidily too!
