sean connery: badass
like him or not, sean connery should get a small piece of your respect for the stunt he performed at the end of The Man Who Would Be King — one of my fave movies, and one which i recommend to anybody not jaded by MTV cuts and such (as in the ruined-by-jackass-director The Bourne Supremacy).spoiler warning:
if you haven't seen the man who would be king, and you think you might like to, you probably shouldn't click here and look at these pics of connery earning his salary as king of kafiristan.

Loooooove Sean Connery. I think I've seen TMWWBK, but if so it was so long ago I don't remember much of it. D'you remember that goofy one, where he wore red underwear-y things? Was it Zardoz? Ooooh -- I was right! :-)
I like Sean Connery for a remark he once made on the Merv Griffin show: that he wouldn't be very good in the army because he couldn't stand to take orders from someone who knew less than he did (as a non-veteran, and fellow Virgo, I applaud and encourage this view :-). However, I do have a problem with Sean Connery being a commercial spokesman for Level3. Mark Odell
i remembered you love SC, SS. thought of you when i made the post. zardoz? WTF?
; )
never heard of level3, mark. i'm a little bummed out that you only left one link for it. bwahahaha! are you feeling okay?
