cracker barrel hates dorky white dudes
via drudge, i hear the indignant claim of a black woman asserting race "discrimination" at cracker barrel. she claims she was seated, then ignored for more than 30 minutes.i was a regular cracker barrel customer for a brief period a few years ago, until i got sick of being ignored, among other things. should i claim "discrimination"? i used a better method; i began to simply walk out after waiting too long, then when the delays and shoddy service appeared engrained, i stopped eating at cracker barrel.
does the sickening insecurity of these "make a legal stink" type fucks miss most observers? many black people talk about "one man, one vote". as full of shit as that theory is, the other side of it is that you don't have more than one vote. don't like cracker barrel? stop fucking going there, and warn others peacefully if it's warranted. done.
having been through this with cracker barrel and other restaurants, i doubt the claim of 30+ minutes is even close to accurate; easy to overestimate time when waiting in frustration. years ago, i began noting times with a watch when on hold on the phone or waiting for service in a restaurant. i found that my estimates were highly exaggerated, even when i tried to be objective. i doubt the woman in this story noted the time objectively, and i doubt more strongly that whatever delay there was can be tied significantly to race. pretty fucking stupid when you think that her sole evidence for "racial discrimination" is that she's black.
if you want to complain about shitty service in restaurants, get the fuck in line, lady. if you claim to believe in liberty, then respect the naturally legal right of others to not like you because of the color of your skin. may be a stupid thing for them to do, but no more stupid than suing somebody because you're black and you got shitty service.
as i head into my mid 40s, i've noticed that some businesses staffed all by teens and 20-somethings mostly adopt a subtle "fuck you" attitude when older people come in. there are also gyms that discriminate with similar attitudes against those who don't fall within the "beautiful people" set (a gym where i used to live hired mostly very hot chicks, apparently because the manager was working his way through their panties). though i think such attitudes are generally stupid, it's not my goddamned business. if the attitude was adopted from the start, and i didn't enter into a contract with reasonably different expectations that were then changed without notice, i have no just legal complaint. apparently, management either wants such an environment or is too stupid to notice that they've allowed it. regardless, my only just option is to withdraw and, possibly, warn others against wasting their time, being insulted, whatever.
may not be one of my best articles, but i think this newbie exploration says it damned well; others were not put on this earth to serve me. i am to interact peacefully with them or not at all. it's that "not at all" bit that bothers some fuckers who figure others must endure them because they sweat, stink, and shit — oh, what special qualities these humans have, every one.

The first thing my wife and I said to each other after reading that article a couple of days ago was "Hey, we've been discriminated against at Cracker Barrel too !!". Guess they don't like blonde haired blue eyed people either. Think Sharpton's office would be interested ?
no!
