in response to this sickening video of an auditorium of RP fanatics crooning the supposed US national anthem, i left this comment:classic! a room full of moronic RP supporters who probably all claim to loathe needless wars by the state, proudly singing a goddamned _homage_ to the needless state war of 1812. nice work as usual, hypocritical morons. if you can't grow balls, voting lever cowards, at least aim for brains.deleted within 30 minutes. when you're full of shit, it sucks to have the truth pointed out, doesn't it?
ron paul supporters — the worst variety of wannabe jackasses. as with self-righteous church pukes, the higher the values they claim, the more likely they are to fuck them for "the cause". that you're in control of your YouTube vids is the opposite of an excuse. such situations are where men and boys are differentiated. from what i've seen, approximately half of "americans", when put in a position to control the speech of others, routinely delete relevant non-spam speech they don't like, and act to suppress permanently the speech powers of the speaker. you one of 'em? then fuck you too. "property rights" isn't a general defense to this cowardly attempt to alter the face of public reaction, nor is the usual "the first amendment doesn't apply in this case" diversion. did i invoke the first amendment? did anyone?
goddamn, but i hate people. such widespread dishonor and cheap posturing in the cause of evading and denying truth. how or why the fuck i was put here with such cretins i'll probably never know. vermin.

If we're going to have a national anthem (and we got along just fine for some 140 years without an "official" one), I always thought it should be something like "America the Beautiful" or "My Country, 'Tis of Thee", which are actually about the country instead of about the government's symbols of itself, and the latter of which already has parody ready-made (so you can see why I mentioned it :).
