through LRC i heard that someone has used the horrendously silly pledgebank.com to do a ron paul $100M pledge. this would be directly unscoffable if pledgebank put donations in escrow, or at least required a credit card commitment, but it's a feely weely flim flam so open to abuse that i say, "abuse it!"fortunately, doing so does not mean you're fraudulent, since the pledge you're adopting is simply,
"I will donate $100 but only if 1,000,000 other people will do the same."okay, if somebody shows me good evidence that a million people (really 999,999) will donate $100 to ron paul, i'll donate also. obviously, that only works if the money's in escrow (or similar).
off to pledge squat. hope you'll join me; great way to fuck with the RP turds.
