stephan kinsella still abetting "IP" offense?

sure would be something if steffy boy's continuing to rail against alleged intellectual property ("alleged" referring to the concept of IP, not apple's latest thingy) while getting paid to fuck people with it. if he is, he can't even use rothbard's thieving professor defense of "oh, don't mind little ol' me" statism, since IP lawyer jackasses, according to steffy boy, wouldn't be part of a free market. that's his position, right? did i miss a subtlety there?

i don't read his web site, but has anybody ever noticed him directly addressing this? when i saw it years ago he was happily touting his indiscriminate whore status. ideologically, given his view, how would that be different from getting paid — oh, i dunno — to willfully participate overtly in the physical maiming and destruction of peaceful others? no major departure, since that's one of the LRC machine's favorite kinds of preachers. how's that pension, karen kwiatkowski? did you tell them to shove it? would like to hear of it.

anybody who thinks LRC doesn't revere the state, look at those statists it reveres within its own organization. newly retired "two just wars" CIA, USMC, etc? c'mon down! tell us about that damascene road conversion — the coincidence of unleashing your mouth and receiving conscience-free maintenance on the backs of others. ya kept 'er shut and did your time. now it's wankers wankers wankers, baby!
i was lucky in the order. but i've always been lucky when it comes to killin' folks.
the force of the state is always about killing — killing those who rightfully resist (an impermeable wall of truth for those inconsiderate and illogical smirkers who've never allowed themselves to probe the foundation of the state). if IP is a wrongful legal fiction and kinsella's aiding the prosecution of cases against IP victims, what is he doing yapping regularly at LRC and LvMI while never excoriating himself on the subject?

again, i don't know his status; those are intentional and unequivocal "if" appearances above. same with kwiatkowski, a writer i respected (and thought was hot) when an ignorant liberty newbie. i don't know their current action, other than writing at LRC/LvMI. surprised it isn't commonly discussed though. rather, lew's perched steffy the jackass moron "lawyer" as the resident expert and bitcher about IP, and the elephant sits there screaming but unnoticed.

is stephan kinsella still abetting "IP" offense? is that not his very career? is that question somehow out of line, or immune from rightful, necessary address?
